Biography

Bahareh Ahmadi is a pianist born in Teheran, Iran and grew up in Stockholm, Sweden where she finished her Bachelor of Music Performance. She started her path to a life in music at Lilla Akademiens Music School in Stockholm on its especially designed programme for performing musicians, to a Volkshochschule in Vadstena, Sweden focused on Lieder Accompaniment with singers as well as solo performance before starting her university studies. She started her masters in Trondheim, Norway with an exhange year to eminent Gnesin Academy in Moscow, Russia before finishing her master studies in 2018. She has in between and since participated in several masterclasses in Italy, Bulgaria and Germany amongst others with renowned professors Bernd Goetzke, Birgitta Wollenweber, Michail Petukhov, Ilana Vered, Svetlana Navassardian and Tatiana Levitina. After performing solo and chamber music concerts in Sweden after her studies, she is now active and based in Berlin, Germany.
